The castle, now home to the musée d'Archéologie nationale and once a royal residence, will reveal its history from its occupation by France's most famous kings to its transformation into the musée des Antiquités nationales by Napoleon III.

This tour will also enable you to discover the lives of our ancestors through exceptional collections from the Neolithic to the end of Gallic independence. Let yourself be surprised by the technical, human and artistic riches of these men and women of the past...

 

Horaires d’ouverture

At 11am or 2pm: Wednesdays, weekends and school holidays

At 3pm: Monday, Thursday, Friday (excluding school vacations)

Conference fee €5 + admission €6 (free for under-26s)
