1. The general structure of the website, as well as the software and database structure, are the exclusive property of Réunion des Musées Nationaux - Grand Palais. The specific structure of the website, as well as the contents of the databases, are the exclusive property of the museum.
   Any reproduction, representation in whole or in part, use, adaptation, making available or modification of these elements by any process whatsoever, by any person whatsoever and by any means whatsoever (in particular sale, marketing, rental, etc.) without the express authorization of the museum, any authors or their successors in title is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement of copyright as defined by the French Intellectual Property Code.
2. Scientific, cultural and educational content (texts, audio, audiovisual and multimedia documents, without this enumeration being limitative) as well as iconographic and photographic reproductions of works presented on this site with a signature or © are protected under intellectual property law.
   Among this public cultural information, only photographs and texts may be reused within the meaning of article 11 of law no. 78-753 of July 17, 1978, under the conditions defined below:

   Credited photographs are the exclusive property of their authors and are used by the museum with the authorization of their authors or assigns. Photographs credited © RMN / [ ...] are the property of RMN. Any non-commercial re-use is authorized provided the source and author are acknowledged. For any commercial and/or editorial reuse of images from the museum's collections or the scenography of exhibitions and other cultural events organized by the museum, please contact the Agence photographique de GrandPalaisRmn.
   Writings:
   The museum is the assignee of texts for tour itineraries and notices of works. Any reuse of these writings is free, provided that they are not altered, that their meaning is not distorted, and that their sources and the date of their last update are mentioned. Any commercial re-use is subject to the museum's express prior agreement. For all requests within this framework, please contact the museum's Multimedia Department.
3. The trademarks of the museum and its partners, as well as the logos appearing on the site, are registered trademarks with the INPI and are, as such, protected by industrial property rights.
