Come follow in the footsteps of France's most famous kings and discover the history and architecture of the former royal estate.
At a height of some fifteen meters, from the château's roof terraces, discover the characteristics of Renaissance architecture and learn about the history and architecture of this former royal estate built by François Ier.
The rooftops offer a breathtaking view of the inner courtyard, the castle grounds and an exceptional panorama of the Seine valley.
INFORMATION
The rooftop tour is subject to weather conditions. It may be cancelled in the event of bad weather or extreme heat.
For safety reasons, it is forbidden to children under 12.
Access to the roofs is via a series of stairs only. It is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Horaires d’ouverture
10:30 am or 2:30 pm: Wednesdays, weekends, school holidays
14:45: Monday, Thursday, Friday (excluding school vacations)

Conference fee €5 + admission fee €6 (free for under-26s)

. La visite des toits est soumise aux conditions météo. Elle peut être annulée en cas de mauvais temps ou de forte chaleur.
. Pour des raisons de sécurité, elle est interdite aux enfants de moins de 12 ans.
. L'accès aux toits se fait uniquement par une série d'escaliers. Les toits ne sont pas accessibles aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
